Private sync

Your account, database, and photos live in your own Supabase project. Enter only the project URL and publishable/anon key. Never enter a service role or secret key here.

Apple Health sync

After private sync is connected, create a personal Shortcut token here. The Shortcut can send selected daily Apple Health measurements automatically. Your token is shown only once; keep it private.

Automatic Apple Health sync requires the private bridge to be configured on your hosting account.

Import & backup

Import the included CSV format or a JSON backup. Importing the same source IDs twice won't duplicate entries.

Photos are not included in the JSON export; keep copies of your originals.

About your privacy

In local mode, the journal is stored on this browser only. In sync mode, records and compressed photos are stored in your private account. This static website does not receive your data. Avoid sharing screenshots of your private account settings.
